Molly Luetke, FLS Marketing
Molly Luetke joined FLS Marketing in the spring of 2010 as an Account Executive. She previously served for three years as Executive Assistant to Lucas County Commissioner Pete Gerken, handling policy and constituent matters. Prior to that, she was an account manager and graphic designer for The Image Group.
Molly earned a Bachelors of Technology in Visual Communications Technology from Bowling Green State University in 2006. She is a member of the Board of Planned Parenthood of Northwest Ohio and a member of the Advertising Club Toledo.
In her spare time, she likes to read, run, and have fun with her family. She and her husband, David, live in West Toledo with their dog, Jackson.
Ed Hunter, FLS Marketing
Ed Hunter is joined FLS in 1988 and is currently the firm’s Creative Director. He was instrumental in expanding the firm’s production capabilities to encompass both long and short-form videos, as well as radio and television ads, and Web presentations. In addition, he is responsible for writing assignments that range from Web sites, brochures and newsletters, to executive speeches.
Prior to joining the firm, Ed worked for 15 years as an award-winning broadcaster, starting in Toledo radio as an announcer, and eventually moving into television where he served as Assignment Editor and Producer for WTVG-TV.
A graduate of the University of Toledo, Ed received a bachelor of arts degree.
B. J. Fischer, FLS Marketing
J. Fischer joined FLS Marketing in 1998 where he is now the Director of Strategic Services. He has worked with numerous public affairs clients for the firm, including reputation management for a major international corporation targeted by a Pulitzer Prize-nominated investigation.
B. J. leads the firm’s strategic development initiatives on behalf of clients.
B.J. is former President and member of Bowling Green City Council. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1986 with a degree in English.

Lori Mitchell Dixon, PhD, Principal, Great Lakes Marketing
Lori brings 25 years marketing research and marketing consulting experience to your projects. She earned a doctorate in strategic marketing with minors in statistics and international business. Her academic training combined with front line experience make her marketing insights invaluable.
Great Lakes Marketing is a full-service marketing research and consulting firm founded in 1964 and bought by Dixon in 1985. At her firm, about forty marketing research professionals provide business research services to clients across the United States and internationally.
Lori is a skilled marketing research consultant, developing data collection methodologies that obtain the most valuable information from the most insightful and important members of the marketplace. Her product evaluation and development research work has been used by personal care companies and other consumer marketers to launch new product entries, refine packages and reposition existing products.

Angela Ash, Director of Strategic Development, RELEV8
Angie has more than 15 years of creative and marketing experience, from new campaign development and execution to managing the everyday needs of clients and their marketing strategies from concept to completion. Her design background enables her to give creative input and insight into projects to ensure that all initiatives are executed on brand, on budget and on time.
Angie’s passion for nonprofits stems from her involvement with the Northwest Ohio Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, where she is the President of the Board of Directors. She is also a Chick for Charity, serves on the Race for the Cure® committee in the marketing and communications area, and was the 2006 Race Chair, spearheading new fundraising and distribution initiatives. You’ll find her participating in many nonprofit benefits, such as the MS Bike to the Bay and the Pollyball Volleyball Tournament. Angie graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication Design and a minor in English.
Shane O’Neill, Director of Creative Services, RELEV8
Shane brings with him more than 14 years of creative and marketing experience with a variety of clients in both the private and public sectors. Prior to RELEV8 and Fruchtman Marketing, Shane served as creative director for Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit. While employed with Goodwill, he was responsible for initiating state-wide branding policies and procedures, developed all advertising and marketing collateral, and directed the marketing efforts of the organization. He also launched initiatives to address the needs of smaller nonprofits in the Detroit area.
Shane has been active in many nonprofit benefits, such as the Annual Make-A-Wish Golf Classic and the Pollyball Volleyball Tournament and sits on the board of the Advertising Club of Toledo. He is vice president of a networking group that has hosted events for Toys for Tots and promotes the social venues of Toledo, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising & Design.

Frankie Gray, Kodak Business Development Specialist
Frankie is a Business Development Strategist and Managing Consultant for the Business Solutions & Services Group of the Eastman Kodak Company. Being a true industry evangelist of “data-driven communications,” Frankie shares his 22 years of integrated marketing experience by educating those in commercial and digital printing industry. In addition to his Kodak career, Frankie teaches Web Marketing at Northern Illinois University and is an active member of several local and national print & direct marketing associations and special interest groups.

Al Carpinelli, Logic Solutions
Al Carpinelli brings more than 25 years of technology industry experience to his role as account executive at Logic Solutions. He specializes in systems integration business development, helping clients bring their web presence forward in great strides, at the same time integrating and taking full advantage of investments in their legacy systems. Before coming to Logic he worked in Relationship/Direct Marketing Services (CRM) at a Big 5 consulting firm and as an account executive with a large computer technology manufacturer.
Angela Kujava, Logic Solutions
As Logic Solutions’ Marketing Director, Angela Kujava spends quality time listening for what clients want to know, and then writing answers in newsletters, blogs, and all many creative company materials. She and Logic’s sales team have presented her mobile blog series at Ann Arbor SPARK, Lunch Ann Arbor Marketing, and several Apple Stores around the country.
